Shipping Policy

Garden Whispers does not offer nationwide or postal shipping. All floral designs are locally delivered within our service area.

Local Delivery Only

Garden Whispers is a delivery-only floral studio. We do not ship arrangements via mail or courier services.

All orders are hand-delivered within select areas of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, based on distance from Arlington, TX 76006.

Order Processing

  • All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability

  • Same-day delivery is not available unless otherwise stated

  • Orders are prepared for delivery on the selected delivery date

 

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are determined by city and ZIP code and are based on distance, travel time, and handling care. Final delivery fees are confirmed prior to fulfillment.

Delivery Timing

Delivery times are scheduled based on route planning and order volume. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise arranged.

Garden Whispers is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, incorrect delivery information, or restricted access at the delivery location.
