Refund Policy

Garden Whispers takes great care in creating each custom floral design. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Custom & Perishable Products

All arrangements are custom-made and created using fresh, perishable materials. For this reason:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

  • Completed and delivered orders are non-refundable

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery (such as damage or incorrect fulfillment), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we may review the concern.

When appropriate, Garden Whispers may offer:

  • A partial refund, or

  • A replacement or store credit

This determination is made at our discretion.

Delivery-Related Issues

 

Garden Whispers is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Weather conditions

  • Restricted access to the delivery location

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.

Cancellations

Because materials are purchased in advance, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order has been accepted. Requests must be submitted as soon as possible and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom floral designs

  • Delivery fees

  • Orders affected by circumstances outside our control
