Garden Whispers is a delivery-only floral studio offering custom floral arrangements and bouquets. We do not operate from a retail storefront. All services and products are subject to availability.

Orders & Availability

• All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability

• Same-day delivery is not available unless otherwise stated

• Garden Whispers reserves the right to decline or cancel an order due to availability, scheduling, or other circumstances

Custom Floral Designs

All arrangements are custom designed. While we strive to honor color palettes, flower preferences, and overall style, substitutions may be made based on seasonal availability. Substitutions will be made with comparable blooms and materials to maintain the overall look and value of the design.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars

• Payment is required in full prior to fulfillment

• Delivery fees are determined by city and ZIP code and are confirmed prior to fulfillment

Garden Whispers reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Delivery details, service areas, and fees are outlined in our Delivery & Service Area Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

Garden Whispers is not responsible for delays or damage due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, or restricted access at the delivery location.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral designs, all sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
